These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Fiwera Ltd. By accessing or using our website at fiwera.com, our mobile or web applications, or any other services we provide (together, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is designed for users worldwide, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations in your country.
3. Description of the Service
Fiwera is a gamified fashion discovery app that turns browsing into a game. You can:
- Play fast, swipe-able games guessing the price of real fashion items across categories like clothing, footwear, accessories, collectibles, and more.
- Build your own outfits using drag-and-drop outfit boards.
- Discover and save products from a mix of big brands and emerging labels.
- Click through to shop real items from external partner sites (some of which may be affiliate links — see Section 7).
All product details, prices, and availability shown in the Service are provided for information only and may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any item displayed will be available for purchase, or that pricing will always be accurate.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you’ll need to create a Fiwera account. You can do this directly by providing your email and choosing a username, or by signing in with a third-party provider (such as Google).
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
- Keeping your login details (including any linked third-party credentials) secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must let us know immediately at support@fiwera.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:
- Violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy (see Section 5).
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Created a risk of harm or legal liability for us, other users, or third parties.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
We want Fiwera to be fun, fair, and safe. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for anything illegal or unlawful.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Spam or send unwanted messages, including promotional or commercial content without consent.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access, extract, or index our content or data without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service in order to create a competing product.
If we determine that you’ve breached this policy, we may take action, including removing content, suspending your account, or reporting your activity to relevant authorities.

Some products featured on Fiwera may include affiliate links. This means that if you click a link and make a purchase on a third-party site, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you.
We do our best to feature accurate product information and prices, but these details are provided by the retailer and may change without notice.

- Fiwera does not own or operate the third-party sites linked from our Service.
- We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Fiwera Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we aim to keep Fiwera running smoothly and free from errors, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or viruses. Product details, images, and prices are provided by third-party retailers and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Fiwera Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use (or inability to use) the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) £50 GBP, or (b) the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, as of now, is likely £0).

We are constantly improving Fiwera to keep it fresh and fun. This means we may add, change, or remove features at any time — including games, categories, or monetisation models (e.g., adding affiliate links or new discovery tools).
We may also discontinue the Service entirely, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We will do our best to inform you of major changes, but we are not obliged to maintain any specific features or content.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or your use of the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of, and legal protections available to you under, the laws of that country.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our business, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of the Terms.
If the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email (if you have an account) or through an in-app notice. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, delete your account.
